These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the bcd33 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and every individual ("you", "user") who uses it and its services. By registering on bcd33 or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using this platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bcd33 and use any of its services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Providing false information regarding age will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Personal Use

Each individual may open only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Your account is entirely personal — you may not allow anyone else to use your account or place bets on behalf of a third party.

1.3 Registration Process

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. If false or misleading information is provided, bcd33 may refuse to verify the account. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your registered details.

Account Management

2.1 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. bcd33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with a third party.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

We may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity. During this process, you may be asked to provide copies of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Currency

All transactions on bcd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We are not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate differences or other currency conversion issues.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bcd33 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks in Bangladesh, such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. bcd33 reserves the right to set or change maximum deposit limits at any time.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. In cases of unusual activity, bcd33 may hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bcd33 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳32,000 the bonus will be ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, bonus washing, or any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, bcd33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings earned from it. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms; detailed conditions are listed alongside the relevant offer.

4.4 VIP Program

bcd33's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity. bcd33 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at its discretion.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

bcd33 firmly believes in fair play. All our game providers use technology that ensures reliable and balanced outcomes. The use of bots, software, scripts, or any other automated method in any game is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Bet Outcomes

All bet outcomes are final and binding. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bcd33 may void the relevant bet and refund the original stake. bcd33 will not be liable for issues caused by internet disconnection during gameplay.

5.3 Sports Betting

Account Closure & Suspension

bcd33 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms

• Self-exclusion activated following a responsible gaming request

9.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bcd33 may forfeit part or all of the balance. If the account is closed voluntarily or due to inactivity, the valid balance will be returned after verification.
